How do I get the stat output of the file ?

Also why do i need to fsck my filesystem ?

If my filesystem is unclean/dirty then on the next boot AFAIK it is
mounted read-only, fscked automatically and then throwing or backing
up the old dirty journal and what not, I get the filesystem with
read-write access.

I think I shared this, it is 39.0~b5-1 (from experimental)

It is ext4 . I tried it still the same issue.

I usually start my iceweasel session from the CLI, just to see if
there are any errors and whenever the extension is installed this
error appears. I do not have to do anything.
