[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] Bug#877040: Bug 877040: Transition script for xul-ext-ublock-origin->webext-ublock-origin

Hi folks,

I have prepared a new upstream version of ublock-origin which is now
available in our Git repository. Regarding #877040 I have installed the
ublock_migration.sh script into /usr/share/doc/webext-ublock-origin and
explained the usage with a NEWS file. I believe it is best to let the
user decide whether he or she wants to migrate the XUL data to the new
webext format. I didn't feel comfortable with operating on data in $HOME
by a postinst script for example.

If you agree I can upload the new package at anytime.
