[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] Bug#916594: webext-umatrix: Can not load configuration from backup

Dear Maintainer,

With freshly installed extension, it can not restore a backup from file. After
the message "...uMatrix will restart" the extension is silently dies with no
error message.
In the Browser Console it shows:

The backup file has been created from the same version, but installed from
Mozilla Addons.
