I need to add the Bof to the wiki site for AdHoc sessions with an
desired time slot and room.

There are quite enough free slots available as I guess we are not
getting more than 12 or 16 people and can use the rooms Alishan or Babashan.

Given to a time delta +10UTC to Dimitry and +8 to Hsinchu we could use a
window later than 4pm Hsinchu to be outside the typical work time.

Options? Which day? Mind Wednesday is Daytrip.
