this happen because enigmail is not linked into
/usr/lib/thunderbird/extensions after installation.

So far I realized mozilla-devscripts need some improvements to do this
linking while enigmail is gonna installed.

If you do this linking manually and restart Thunderbird enigmail starts
to work again, but Thunderbird is crashing if you want to send a signed
or encrypted email. See #895808 (a bug report you also submitted)
