[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] Bug#911098: webext-ublock-origin: missing strings on dashbord

Package: webext-ublock-origin
Version: 1.17.0+dfsg-2

Some strings are missing on the dashboard page:
* "Shortcuts" tab;
* "Disable JavaScript" checkbox.

See the attached screenshot.

Curiously, they both show correctly in a newly created profile.
