the old group has no child projects any more so far I see so you can
destroy this old groups safely I'd say.
As long you have a local tree of the three old projects on you disk the
worst thing which can happen is to revitalize only these three projects.

The CardBook repo is quite useless as I don't see any packaging relevant
debian folder even in debian/sid nor any information about the person
which has created that tree. I'd say this is some deadbeef. :P
