[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] Bug#797028: mostly fixed

With the removal of Firefox from supported programs (it no longer supports
XUL extensions), this bug is mostly fixed.  I'm not closing immediately only
because I don't know about Zotero which might or might not still work.
