[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] Bug#909518: webext-noscript: ships file under /etc/iceweasel

The webext-noscript package ships the file
/etc/iceweasel/searchplugins/common/opensearch_html.xml which it has
taken over from xul-ext-noscript.  This is rather useless because

a) firefox(-esr) does not look there
b) duckduckgo appears to works fine without JavaScript these days (there
   is a short flash since it redirects the browser to
   https://duckduckgo.com/html?q=<search pattern>)

My suggestion is to remove the file, since the reason for its creation
(#739395) does not apply anymore.
