User notices there is a package "webext-ublock-origin".

User also notices there is

Bug: the webext-ublock-origin package Description should say
"If you can install https://chrome... then DON'T install this package."

or

"Install this package. DON'T install https://chrome...."

Don't just mention it in README etc. Thanks.
