[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] Bug#946796: webext-ublock-origin: Wrong version number in Chromium manifest

Dear Maintainer,

ublock-origin's chromium manifest at

    /usr/share/chromium/extensions/ublock-origin/manifest.json

currently contains the following line:

    "version": "1.15.11.0",

when it should be "1.22.2".

I've investigated this problem and it seems to me the manifest is
being installed into the package without first calling
tools/make-chomium-meta.py during the build, which would update the
version.
