currently the package xul-ext-timeline is useless as it isn't usable in
any release of Debian any more.

Upstream seems to have given up the development not only this extension
for Thunderbird.

The last supported Thunderbird version is mainly on all of the provided
extension staying at 31.*.

We should remove this package completely from the Debian archives.
