[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] Add-On calendar-google-provider isn't shipped anymore by Thunderbird starting with 68.2.2

Hi,

as I needed just right now to realize Thunderbird isn't shipping any
source any more and also of course no build components for
calendar-google-provider starting with version 68.2.2.

Until now I wasn't aware of this change as even on the internal drivers
list this wasn't announced.

So I will need to remove the binary package and the extra build stuff
from d/rules for 68.2.2 and later.

The source for this Add-On is now placed on GitHub.

I wont have time to package this Add-On, currently there even don't
exist any tags ore releases on GitHub. So users will need to install
this Add-On from
