[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] Bug#922396: webext-noscript is now one year out-of-date

It appears that the firefox-esr package is going to be upgraded to v68,
which will not work with this badly-out-of-date version of noscript,
probably the single most important browser extension available.

The current version is 11.0.3 :

Either these browser extension packages need to be updated much more
frequently, or there needs to be some automatic mechanism for installing
current versions, which does not depend on manual packaging. It seems
like a script which would fetch the current version of any named browser
extension from the Mozilla website, and install it to the standard
Debian /usr/share/webext/ directory, would not be especially hard to
write.

In any case, please upgrade this important package to the current
version, as it is now one year out-of-date, and does not work with
current versions of Firefox.
