Then probably something in your user profile is causing this.

Always make a backup of your user profile before attempting any of the
following steps:

Go to

	~/.mozilla/firefox/{$YOUR_PROFILE}.default

and grep for ublock. Try removing the prefs.js file or anything else
that contains the string ublock. You can also move/copy your profile to
a different directory and then restart Firefox with a fresh profile. You
can also save all your settings, bookmarks, etc and then re-import them
afterwards.
