Control: retitle -1 webext-dav4tbsync: Incompatible with Thunderbird 78

No-op post to bump timestapm of this bugreport: Helps nudge the 
kick-packages-with-broken-rdeps-from-testing machinery to look further 
back at thunderbird for the real cause.

...and while at it, tidy the bugreport title to include package name.
