[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] Bug#973699: webext-browserpass: Ship the native messaging host in a separate package

Now that upstream has split browserpass into separate git repositories
browserpass-extension and browserpass-native, it makes more sense to
split the browserpass source package into browserpass-extension and
browserpass-native source packages with corresponding binary packages.
