[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] Help setting up Privacy Badger on Salsa

Hello team,

A while ago I expressed interest in maintaining Privacy Badger, but got busy
with firmware-ath9k-htc. Since then Jonas Smedegaard moved it to the Debian
group and made an update, but it's both of our preferences that I maintain it
here which I'm now able to do.

He's changed the branch layout to DEP-14 (for the better IMHO), and wonder if
any one could simply make a duplicate of debian/privacybadger to replace
webext-team/privacybadger? Then I can work on making an update, which I'm
fortunately more comfortable with now.

It seems that although there's no CVE, the security and privacy implications
of newer versions are real, the EFF's preference that stable releases stick
close to upstream releases is well-founded, and I plan to make this case to
the Release Team to make an update for Buster too later on.

Thanks,
John
