my idea is, it can be helpfull to install several Add-Ons for 
Thunderbird in one package.

* you have to install new systems
* you have to prepare a system for special use cases
* it should collect e.g tbsync, etc, allow-html-temp, xnotepp, mailmindr 
and maybe some more useful Add-Ons

Sinse thunderbird 78.3 encrryption is part of itself. I don't know any 
separate Add-On for such use case.
