[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] Moving to next Thunderbird ESR version 102.x

I've done some more thinking about going over to the next steps
regarding getting Thunderbird 102.x into unstable and testing and finaly
inot -security.

The situation now is different to 91.x a year before.

Last year version 91.x was released within the freeze period for the
bullseye release. Means the required build tools and their versions were
also frozen to the available versions in the archive. This isn't the
case now.

So my plans are now like this.

Thunderbird 91.11.0 and 102.0 got released in the past week. I've
uploaded 91.11.0-1 yesterday into unstable. Uploads for -security will
follow today.
On thunderbird-drivers list MZLNA informed about planned fixes for 102.x
that are now staged into 103.0b2 first but will go into 102.0.1 probably
next week. Once 102.0.1 is ready the automatic update rate from 91.x to
102.x will get increased by MZLNA to nearly 100%.
So I'll wait for this newer version before I do prepare this version for
uploading into unstable.

There will also be a 91.12.0 which I intend to prepare and upload into
-security. This will provide more time for potential bug fixing on 102.x
before working on the new ESR series for -security. This requires again
updated build tools in the archive!
