Noscript does not allow to allow e.g. facebook javascript *ONLY* at
facebook web site itself.  It is facebook javascript nowhere,
everywhere or (too) frequent configuration changes.

It is simplicity of noscript v. *MUCH* better fine tuning of umatrix.
One size does not fit all.
