[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] Moving to next Thunderbird ESR version 115.x

Hi,

whats next on moving forward to Thunderbird ESR 115.x?

We've successfully prepared some additional patches to fix some 
outstanding build issues on the current RC architectures so the upload 
of 1:115.0.1-2 to experimental was building packages for all enabled 
architectures (except riscv64 for know reasons).

I've imported the latest beta version 116.0b7 and could successfully 
prepare and have done another upload to experimental.

ESR versions 115.1.0 and 102.14.0 will get released this week too.
My plan is to get 115.1.0 prepared for unstable do more user will get 
this version for testing, version 102.14.0 will go into *stable-security 
afterwards.

There will be for sure a version 102.15.0 as a final version for the ESR 
102 cycle, so that version will probably also go into *stable-security.

The current and recent ESR version will need again updated tools for the 
build toolchain in bookworn and bullseye.
