I just realized yesterday that we don't build s390x in the current trees 
for debian/sid and below. :-)
That was basically holding me back to merge the most recent ESR version 
into debian/sid before as in experimental it's not build-able on that 
platform.

I'm fine with moving 140.x into debian/sid and also to the various s-s 
parts later. I'll might start later the evening to import the newest 
140.3.0esr and prepare the upload to unstable.

I'm also fine with if you want to work on updating the trees for trixie, 
bookworm etc.
I'll drop you a note once I've finalized the upload to unstable.
