[Pkg-mpd-maintainers] MPD 0.23.6

Hi all,

I pushed some changes, mainly new upstream release 0.23.6 and disabling 
audiofile decoder as discussed in "mpd is marked for autoremoval from 
testing" [0].

I also updated copyright file with changes I spotted in 0.23.5→0.23.6.

We should try to upload this version soon to prevent autoremoval.
We're still early in bookworm dev cycle to push some more changes if needed.
