[Pkg-mpd-maintainers] MPD 0.23.8

Hi all _o/

I just pushed MPD 0.23.8 in salsa (tagged UNRELEASED in changelog).
I've added myself as uploader and updated d/copyright with sources 
changes I've spotted.

This release should fixed the FTBS with libftm 9.0.0 (cf. #1014543).

I can upload the package next week or feel free to add mores changes and 
upload it in the mean time.
