MPD 0.23.8 uploaded.

I did not fixed the mismatched-override lintian warning i got for 
maintainer-desktop-entry because lintian still complains about 
maintainer-desktop-entry (pedantic level though), then I'm not sure what 
going on (lintian 2.115.1~bpo11+1).
