Latest MPD version is actually 0.23.15 not 16.0.0.

MPD website is also exposing alternative URL for more recent MPD
package:

   Unofficial Debian/Raspberry Pi OS packages https://www.musicpd.org/download-unoff-debian

Switch bullseye with bookworm in sources.list examples, cf.
https://kaliko.me/debian/ if needed.
