Dear Debian mpd package maintainers,

I intend to backport mpd/0.23.15-1 to debian bookworm-backports. From what I currently
see from the source code, it looks like a trivial no-change backport would be enough.

According to https://backports.debian.org/Contribute/ , uploading a backport may or
may not be performed by the original package maintainer. As a result, I am moving
forward to upload the backported package onto BACKPORTS-NEW for review now. If you
find mpd unsuitable for backporting or needs further work for a proper backport, please
let me know ASAP.

The BACKPORTS-NEW queue can be found at https://ftp-master.debian.org/backports-new.html .

Thanks,
Boyuan Yang
