Enable faad support in ffmpeg/experimental

However, please note that I did *not* commit the get-orig-source rule 
since I was not able to reproduce the Debian tarball from the SVN 
trunk snapshot of the very same date (I have allready reported this 
issue to the list).

While we're at it, can we expect an updated ffmpeg package in Debian 
in the short term? There have been many interesting features added to 
the code on the upstream side. I believe it will be a good idea to 
package a recent trunk whenever some news are reported on 
<http://ffmpeg.mplayerhq.hu/>.
