Wiki page

Hi all. It seems we have reached consensus on the merge. I figure it is time 
to update the wiki. I will start changing the old DebianMultimedia page to 
reflect current situation. I am on intermittent internet connection so I will 
be slow on this, all help will be appreciated.

Things to have on the wiki:
 * Note the merge and point to both list's QA pages/repositories
 * Point to pkg-multimedia-maintainers as the development list.
 * Include the information from the Merge subpage.
 * Exclude irrelevant information (is all of the info currently up there still 
relevant/accurate)? 

Any objections/suggestions?
