audacity 1.3.7-1 ready

Dear DDs,

I believe audacity 1.3.7-1 as found in our git respository is ready 
for upload to Debian. Please check the package and sponsor the upload 
if appropriate.

In my last commit I have removed the Ubuntu changelog entries from
debian/changelog. Am I correct that the Ubuntu changes were never part
of the Debian package?
