Hi team,

I am getting really sick of these disgusting incompatibilities with 
(let's just call them) unofficial repositories.

We already have stronger inter-dependencies between the ffmpeg 
libraries in Debian, but it's still possible to mix them up with 
third-party crap. How about we add a

Breaks: libav{codev,format,...} (>> ${source:Upstream-Version}-99)

line to libavutil49? This would at least make it impossible to mix 
both library as I believe all the others are already inter-connected 
with each other.
