The package got rejected because of missing copyright notices (not license)
which the FTP masters consider as mandatory.
I got to accept this boring and unnecessary duty. I was just waiting to find
some spare time to finish it.

The copyright files needs to be completed, after that the package can enter to
debian. If you want to update it first to ubuntu and synchronise after when the
package is in debian, that should be fine too.
If you fix the copyright file, please send me the fixed version.
