Yes, we should provide such a package as well as a keyring package and 
I believe we shouldn't announce the debimedia archive officially until 
at least these requirements were met.

Additionally, I believe we should at least be able to offer the "core" 
packages that we mention in our wiki. Else I fear poeple will lose 
interest in debimedia rather soon (I already told you in private mail, 
but would also like to stress it on the list again).
