Please update jackd2 git tree to latest to fix #682792

 From what I can tell, the jackd2 git is updated with last upstream commit  
done at 2012-03-15.

To fix Debian bug #682792,
and launchpad bug #956438  
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/jackd2/+bug/956438 ,
please update the source to latest upstream.

As I don't have a good concept of when, how and if the bug was fixed, I  
can only tell from using the newer jackd2, that it's working as expected.

We at Ubuntu Studio would then like to update both 12.04 and 12.10 with a  
updated package.
