We fixed the errors we got, patch is attached.

Unfortunately, it appears that after it compiles it then fails in the
compilation (?) of IDL files. I don't know much about GObject or IDL,
and could not go further in the debugging. The failed build log is at:
http://pastebin.com/nLD0uZWm.

Somebody with knowledge of GObject should have a look at it.
