Bug#721106: libsynfig0: depends on ffmpeg which is going away

Justification: renders package unusable soon

libsynfig0 depends on ffmpeg which is no longer built by libav. This
will render the package unusable soon. Please port mod_ffmpeg to use
avconv or disable mod_ffmpeg.
