Sorry, missed this.

- Any particular reason you want to duplicate the pd cdbs snippet in
this rules file?
- I don't see the source for Dokumentation_German.pdf
- You license debian/* as GPL-3, and because you have one patch this
might render the whole package GPL-3. I don't think that is intended.
Probably you should license at least debian/patches/* as LGPL
- The delay resulted in a new Standards-Version being available :(.
Please update this too.
