It doesn't *need* to be.. but I think most pd object are using cdbs,
so maintaining a consistent style is useful. Plus, the rules file
would be shorter ;).

Meh, my mistake. Lintian complained, and I assumed a new policy was
available... when in fact lintian is too old to know about 3.9.5.
