Granting write access to all DDs to our git area

That is my reasoning as well.

However I just realized the web interface does not allow granting the
Debian group write access to the repos. I tried manually but that can
only be done on repositories one owns (and only on objects on that
repository one owns!). So the alioth admin team would have to be asked
to do this for us. I can do the asking.
