revise packages description
get-orig-source - we should repack from git rather than use release tarballs
 - we have to remove waf binary .git dir and .gitignore file
debian.README file - probably we have to create this file to mention
reasons for repacking.
investigate issue with 1.8.8 waf-light - packages build fine with 1.6.11
waf-light but they FTBS with 1.8.8
 - if you want to test it just enable 0002-waf.patch

I am quite busy over weekend so I back on this hopefully Sunday evening.
