If will check 1.8.8 waf-light you probably also will need uncomment this
line in rules file
chmod +x waflib/extras/nobuild.py waflib/extras/preforkjava.py
waflib/extras/prefork.py waflib/extras/preforkunix.py
waflib/Tools/c_config.py
