Packaging ardour 4.0

Pushed to ardour3.git now, just checkout the master-a4 and upstream-a4
branches.

Probably discontinued or in a branch like master-a2/upstream-a2 for
posterity. I don't expect any binary packages for a2 to be uploaded to
Debian anymore.

The only thing that sucks is the epoch in the existing ardour package.
Is there any way to get rid of it?

This would indeed be useful, provided the epoch aspect could be
resolved.


Note that I probably won't have the time to sort out these bikeshedding
questions - feel free to go crazy with what I've uploaded. ;)
