Not really that funny because there are two different images - the original 
photo (CC-BY-SA-3.0) and its traced image (derivative) included to Inkscape 
under CC-BY-NC-SA-2.5... I reckon there is some irony...

Anyway I found another non-free image:

    /usr/share/inkscape/examples/animated-clock.svg

    LicenseProhibits: http://web.resource.org/cc/CommercialUse
    WorkLicense: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/2.5/
