rtaudio rtmidi transition

Hi James,

can you please upload new debian version of rtaudio package  ...
header has been moved to correct dir in dev package
and rtaudio-config file has been removed

only mlt package use a rtaudio-config file at the moment and I tested
build without it and it went fine.
