I don't think you need me to upload this for you. DMs can upload to
experimental (assuming it doesn't have to go through NEW).

Is this really correct? Deviating from upstream on the location of
include files is a rather major change. Also I believe the pkg-config
file is wrong after this, it still points to /usr/include/rtaudio.

IMO you shouldn't move the include dir and instead fix the rdeps to use
pkg-config properly.
