New version 1.10.0-1 of libheif available for upload

Hi Sebastian,

thanks for looking into this issue and building a patch release of the
package. The fix is now also committed upstream at
https://github.com/strukturag/libheif/commit/63be81f6e2800ccfc7eaece277669d677e126c89
