Fixes delayed from public availability, do not include security issues, 
so these are at most, bug fixes

In fact, the new plan actually helps you, the packager, because there's 
a *guarantee* of a source drop every 3 months once. The previous plan 
left things up in the air, and you had no 'roadmap' so to speak

I would advise packaging MySQL Community Edition, which is built and 
targeted towards distributions shipping MySQL
