[debian-mysql] mysql-server-5.0 ships dir and deletes it in postinst

Hi,

mysql-server-5.0 ships /var/lib/mysql-upgrade and deletes it in
postinst. I'm wondering if this is a bug or intentional, do you have any
thoughts on this?

I detected this because I occasionally run the cruft program.
