Package: mysql-proxy
Version: 0.8.0-1.1~bpo50+1
Severity: important

/etc/init.d/mysql-proxy refers to /usr/sbin/mysql-proxy. With the version of backports, the mysql-proxy binary is installed in /usr/bin and this the initscript refuses to start
As this is a daemon, the mysql-proxy binary should be /usr/sbin instead.

A temporary work around was to create a link to /usr/sbin/mysql-proxy
